Our cavity heater is designed to customer specifications and will depend on the blade root and root side platform distance.
Some specifications of the project
The DFS Cavity Heater is a heating system for controlling the cavity temperature of a sheet shell mold. The control system functions include heating, airflow, hydraulic root cap positioning, and alarms/indications.
The DFS Cavity Heater consists of a control panel with a PLC and HMI, 2 heaters, three temperature sensors, a blower, and a hydraulic cap positioning system.
Manufacturing process:
After aligning with our design engineers what needs we can meet for our customers, we re-adjust and design according to the necessary changes and start manufacturing the entire structure, as well as assembling some parts and welding the main structure.
With the materials ready, the next step is surface treatment and powder coating.
Upon receipt of the parts, they are checked by DFT, to verify the correct application of protective coatings and finishes after drying on a cured surface to avoid premature coating failures.
After checking, the equipment is structurally assembled and all the electronics of the panel are adjusted according to the customer’s request.
