ROOT DE-MOULDING SYSTEM
This device is used to demould and lift the blade from the root side of the mould. The tool is mounted and fixed with the front face on the root side of the blade. This device is only used to lift the blade in combination with the demould tip.
BLADE BALANCING MACHINE
The operating principle of the balancing system is to weigh the blade at two locations, one at the root side and the other at the tip side. To weigh the blade at two different locations, the blade is positioned on the root side and tip side balancing system.
TIP DE-MOULDING SYSTEM
The tip lifting device is used to demold the blade from the mold using tip side lifting. This device is only used to lift the blade in combination with the use of the root demold device. It is recommended to use the device with the root side demold tool. This device is designed for specific blade profile, used to demold the blade from the mold and transfer it to the storage place.
BLADE TURNER
The blade turner is a mechanical turning system that rotates the blade during the finishing operation. The functions of the turner include rotating the blade in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
