Our hinge designs are customized to customer demand and the project’s specific needs. We currently work with three pieces of equipment that tend to meet the needs of the current market.
Each hinge features a fully automated hydraulic system.
The system results in precise movement at a 180º angle so that the blade molds join smoothly, avoiding fitting problems that can stop and delay the entire process.

It has electronically interconnected hydraulic components that can correct any angle deviation and, in addition to rotation, allows the vertical movement necessary to allow vertical mold closing.

  • 450 Hinge – The workhorse of the hinge world and the most popular choice for moulds up to 90m.
  • H21 – For moulds up to 90m where number of hinges matters, the increased torque output means that the required number of hinges can in most cases be halved.
  • H24 – The largest of the hinge family, designed to service the offshore blade market
